Peter Paglia is a Program Manager that offers 15+ years of Software and R&D experience, adaptable to a variety of platforms and implementation methodologies. 

Currently working in Game Development for Video Gaming Technologies in Charlottesville, VA. Managing software development, new product introduction and business analysis. Management experience includes co-located matrix reports as well as off-shore resource coordination. Able to take a project from concept through to production, deployment and support. Experienced with international markets, process management, and cost improvements.

While at Sony Ericsson's Wireless Mobile Computing division, Peter directed or coordinated from 4 to 6 specialty development teams (in 4 countries) of up to 15 engineers each, for software development, documentation, QA, product and operational maintenance. 

Driving collaboration between business, marketing and technical groups. He is focused on cost and efficiency improvements, and an agile development cycle. Creating highly successful teams; enabling them, managing scope, scheduling and planning, and getting deliverable products out on time and under budget.
